Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount multiplied by the stated wagering multiplier. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of Rp 500,000 before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable. Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or not at all. All bets must be placed before the start of the event or game round. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified unless explicitly stated in the specific game rules. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your verified bank account or e-wallet after deduction of any outstanding fees or obligations. calo88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, fail to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
